Recipe Ingredients for Amy's Sopapilla

3/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup cinnamon
1/2 cup smart balance (melted)
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
2 eggs
16 oz reduced fat cream cheese
1 reduced fat crescent rolls
1 reduced fat crescent rolls

Recipe Directions for Amy's Sopapilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place one seamless cresent roll pack in the bottom of an ungreased 9X13 pan or two nine inch casserole dishes. Mix sugar, cream cheese, vanilla/almond until smooth. Add in eggs one at a time until completely blended. Place the other seamless cresent roll pack on the top. (If needed, stretch the dough all the way to the edges of the pan) Then, pour melted butter over the top and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture over the top. Bake for 30mins. Let stand before serving. Enjoy!!!
