Potato kugel. Good for those who can't eat grains. The trick is not to eat too much!

Recipe Ingredients for Amy's Potato Kugel

5 large potatoes
1 teaspoon salt
2 large carrots
3 tablespoons oil
6 eggs

Recipe Directions for Amy's Potato Kugel

  1. Grate potatoes and Carrot.

  2. Beat eggs.

  3. Add oil and salt and mix well.

  4. Add carrots and potatoes and mix well.

  5. Grease pan with oil left in measuring cup and bake at 350 degrees for an hour.
