I use this in place of salsa. I love it on baked tortilla chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Amy's Pico

4 tomatoes
2 pepper jalapenos
1/4 c cilantro
2 garlic cloves
1 medium onion
1 t garlic powder
1 t salt
1 t pepper
4 T lime juice

Recipe Directions for Amy's Pico

  1. Dice tomatoes.

  2. Mince jalapenos, garlic, and onion.

  3. Finely cut cilantro.

  4. Add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice.

  5. Serve on baked tortilla chips.
