Amy's Lazagna Recipe

Quick and easy. Left overs are good for lunch or dinner the next day! Note: I use ready to bake noodles so I don't have to boil them first.

Recipe Ingredients for Amy's lazagna

171 g Lasagna Noodles
160 g. spaghetti sauce
1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
15 oz. part skim ricotta cheese

Recipe Directions for Amy's lazagna

Put about 1/3 cup of spaghetti sauce on bottom of pan. Top with 3 noodles. Add enough sauce to completely cover noodles. Add half of the ricotta in a layer over the spaghetti sauce. Add a layer of 1/4 pound ground beef. Add a layer of 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese. Repeat layer once. For final layer add last three noodles. Then the remaining sauce. Then the last 1/2 cup of mozzarella. Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Then take off foil and bake for an additional 10 - 15 minutes until cheese is a golden brown.
