Recipe Ingredients for Amy's Lasagna

2 cups cottage cheese
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp basil
1 lb Italian sausage
1 lb Italian sausage
16 oz noodles
3 cups marinara sauce
8 oz parmesan cheese
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Amy's Lasagna

Mix cheese & eggs together. Add spices. Mix meats together 7 brown. Cook 11 lasagna noodles according to directions. Lay 3 noodles horizontally in 9x13 pan and 1/2 noodle along the end. Add meat to marinara sauce & layer the cheese mixture then marinara sauce. Add 3 1/2 more noodles, then more cheese then marinara sauce.Layer 3 1/2 noodles then top with the cheese mixture. Sprinkle remaining mozerella cheese over the top & bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
