Recipe Ingredients for Amy's Chicken Enchiladas

1 1/2 cup salsa verde
10 oz cream of chicken
3 boneless chicken breast halves, cooked and cubed
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 corn tortillas
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Recipe Directions for Amy's Chicken Enchiladas

  1. Combine salsa verde, cream of chicken, chicken, peppers, onions, and cheese. Fill tortillas and roll up and place in a baking dish.

  2. Add milk to the remaining chicken concoction and pour over the top of tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese.

  3. Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes.
