Recipe Ingredients for Amy's breakfast burrito

2 large Egg, White
1 tbsp Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 tortilla Smart
1 serving TJs salsa autentica

Recipe Directions for Amy's breakfast burrito

  1. saute onions and peppers

  2. add egg whites and cook through, then top with grated cheddar

  3. warm tortilla in dry skillet for about 10-15 sec on each side

  4. place egg and salsa (and black beans, optional) in tortilla and roll up
