Recipe Ingredients for Amish Baked oatmeal

1/4 cup butter
3 egg whites
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon nutmeg or cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk fat free
3 cups oatmeal

Recipe Directions for Amish Baked oatmeal

mix all and bake at 350 until just starting to pull from the side and oatmeal is no longer wet. It gets crunch when cooled or chewy when still warm. It's great with a little milk and some fruit on top.
