Recipe Ingredients for americanska salata

4 medium potatoes, cubed
2 green onions, diced
1/4 cup parsley, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped fine
1 cup chicken, shredded
1/3 cup lima beans
1 cup peas
1 cup fat-free yogurt
1/3 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1/4 cup mustard
1 tbs wasabi
2 tsp balsamic vinegar

Recipe Directions for americanska salata

boil potatoes. toss veges and chicken. Mix wet ingredients. Add to veges and mix well. Gently stir in potatoes. Refrigerate 12-24 hours.
