tomato basil sauce with lean ground turkey sauteed red bell pepper and zucchini over noodles.

Recipe Ingredients for American Turkey Goulash

8 oz whole wheat egg noodles
1 onion chopped
1 red bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 pound extra lean ground turkey
2 cups tomato sauce
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp red wine

Recipe Directions for American Turkey Goulash

Cook noodles per package. Saute onions for 2 mins,add bell pepper saute 2 more mins,add zucchini saute 2 more mins, remove veggies and set aside. Cook ground turkey until no longer pink, return veggies, then add tomato sauce,basil,red wine cook 5 mins, serve over noodles.
