No resemblance to traditional Hungarian goulash. But tasty.

Recipe Ingredients for American Goulash

7 ounces Macaroni
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
16 ounces Hunt's Tomato Sauce No Salt Added
2 medium tomatoes
1 pound ground pork
1 medium vidalia onion
1 small red bell pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp ground red pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp marjoram
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp thyme

Recipe Directions for American Goulash

  1. Cook Macaroni as per instructions.

  2. Brown pork, drain.

  3. Mince onion and cook with garlic about 5 minutes.

  4. Mix everything in a large kettle and cook approx 30 minutes.
