Recipe Ingredients for Ambrosia Light

8 oz Crushed Pineapple
11 oz Mandarin Oranges
2 cup, shredded Coconut Meat, Dried (Desiccated), Sweetened, Shredded
2 cup Marshmallows Miniatures
8 oz Whipped Topping Fat Free

Recipe Directions for Ambrosia Light

  1. Drain fruit.

  2. Using a rubber spatula, gently fold together all ingredients in a large serving bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
