Turkey Chili w/ triple beans, high fiber

Recipe Ingredients for Amber's Turkey Chili

1 medium yellow onion, diced
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 lb ground turkey, raw
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
28 oz organic crushed tomatoes
30 oz organic pinto beans
15 oz organic kidney beans
15 oz organic black beans
1 medium green bell pepper, diced

Recipe Directions for Amber's Turkey Chili

  1. In a large soup pot, saute onion in olive oil, until translucent. Add garlic and ground turkey, cook until brown and crumbled. Drain. Add spices and tomatoes, simmer over medium low heat for 2 hours. Add beans and bell pepper, cook until hot. Remove from heat and cover, serve within 2 hours.

  2. Note: Spices can be adjusted to taste.
