Recipe Ingredients for Amber's Southwest Bean Salad

12 oz black beans
12 oz kidney beans
12 oz corn
1/2 c onion
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp Olive oil
1/2 c cilantro
1 cucumber
1 green pepper
1/8 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Amber's Southwest Bean Salad

  1. drain beans and corn

  2. dice veggies / mince cilantro

  3. lightly salt onion

  4. toss with olive oil

  5. toss with lime juice
