RIDICULOUSLY delicious chocolate chip cookies--completely vegan! ***Use vegan butter replacement, vegan egg replacement, and vegan chocolate chips***. --I couldn't find these in the CC database so I just used calorie-equivalents. I used Earth-Balance buttery spread, Egg Replacer powdered egg substitute, and SunSpire organic chocolate chips--all in the organic section of Kroger

Recipe Ingredients for AMAZING Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

8 oz butter
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
2 egg whites
1/4 c light soy milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/8 c white flour
1 1/8 c whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
9 oz. chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for AMAZING Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. ***Use non-animal product egg replacer, butter substitute, and chocolate chips--the animal products listed were only used for calorie analysis***

  2. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set to the side

  3. Beat butter substitute and sugars until smooth. Mix egg replacer with water and beat into sugar mixture, along with vanilla

  4. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and mix.

  5. Fold in chocolate chips

  6. *If batter seems too dry, mix in a little more water or non-dairy milk. I mixed in a little soy milk to moisten it up.*

  7. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet (vegetable oil spray works well)

  8. Bake 8-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown

  9. Enjoy!!
