Orzo pasta salad with asparagus and green peas

Recipe Ingredients for Amazing Spring Orzo

8 oz orzo pasta
1 pound asparagus
1 cup frozen green peas
1 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
3 oz parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Amazing Spring Orzo

  1. Boil pasta to within three minutes of being done.

  2. Add asparagus that has been cut into two inch pieces. Boil for two minutes

  3. Add frozen green peas. Boil for one minute.

  4. While pasta is boiling, in a bowl combine olive oil, salt and lemon juice. Whisk together.

  5. Drain pasta and veggies. Add to olive oil mixture. Toss together and add cheese. Toss again and serve.
