Makes 36 servings

Everyone loves peanut butter including my 6 year old daughter but I wanted something less sugary and healthy.

Recipe Ingredients for Amazing Peanut Butter Cookies

3/4 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup quick oats
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp 2% milk

Recipe Directions for Amazing Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients in a bow and wet ones in another. Add the dry ingredients to the dry and mix until well blended.

  2. Line a cookie sheet with parchement paper and spoon the batter on the sheet. Cooking times vary from oven to oven but these will go for about 10 minutes- until edges and bottom of the cookie are golden brown. They have a very soft centre consistency. It makes roughly 36 cookies depending how big you spoon.
