0.6 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.13 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.11 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
0.5 large Egg, Whole
0.13 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup (not packed) Raisins, Seedless
0.25 cup pieces or chips Walnuts, English
2 oz Butter
0.25 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
1 dash Salt, Table
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
0.5 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.25 oz Clover Honey

Recipe Directions for Amazing Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Pulse the flour and butter

  2. Pulse the oats

  3. Add salt, baking soda, and cinnamon

  4. Add the sugars, honey, and vanilla

  5. Add the egg and pulse

  6. Add raisins and walnuts

  7. Roll into two balls and place on baking sheet (makes 2 very large cookies)

  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
