This fruit salad is a hit everywhere I take it!

Recipe Ingredients for Amazing Fruit Salad

1 can mandarin oranges, undrained
20 ounce pineapple chunks, undrained
20 oz Fruit Cocktail, drained
3 1/8 ounce box dry vanilla pudding mix (I use fat free/sugar free)
1 lb strawberries, stemmed and quartered
1 banana, sliced
3 kiwis, sliced
1/2 pint blueberries
1/2 pint raspberries
1 1/2 cups grapes (I use the red ones)

Recipe Directions for Amazing Fruit Salad

  1. In a large bowl, combine mandarin oranges, pineapples, fruit cocktail, and vanilla pudding mix.

  2. This includes the juices from the cans, I don't use all of the juices because it makes the pudding too syrupy.

  3. Mix well until pudding is dissolved.

  4. Stir in strawberries, banana, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, and kiwis (I like to cut the kiwis into fours).

  5. Chill.
