This comes from allrecipes.com with 5 stars, but adding the chocolate was chips my idea. Super easy to prepare.

Recipe Ingredients for Amazing Chocolate Chip Banana Loaf

2 cups enriched flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
5 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 cup Becel Regular Margarine
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Amazing Chocolate Chip Banana Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F). Lightly grease a 9 x 5 loaf pan.

  2. Mix dry ingredients - flour, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.

  3. In a separate bowl cream margarine and brown sugar. Add bananas and eggs.

  4. Pour banana mixture into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix only until moistened. Stir in chocolate chips.

  5. Pour into prepared loaf pan, and cook for 60 to 65 minutes or until tester (I used bamboo skewer) comes out with no runny batter.
