I discovered this recipe when messing around in the kitchen. An easy pudding to impress your friends with! You can substitute the amaretto for anything you like =D

Recipe Ingredients for Amaretto cheesecake

5 serving Disaronno Amaretto
7 fl oz Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
8.5 oz Biscuits Digestive
3.5 oz Butter
175 grams Sugars, Granulated

Recipe Directions for Amaretto cheesecake

  1. Melt the butter in a pan, add the crushed biscuits and stir until the butter is absorbed by the butter.

  2. Press the biscuits into the bottom of a loose bottomed cake tin (line the tin with grease proof paper first!)

  3. Put in the fridge for an hour to set.

  4. Make the topping by whipping the cream (electric whisk works best if you have one!) Mix in the amaretto, sugar and Philadelphia until blended.

  5. Pour the topping over the biscuits and spread until even.

  6. Top with the almonds and drinking chocolate and leave in the fridge to set.

  7. Serve and enjoy!
