5 bananas, mashed
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tsp egg whites
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

  2. combine flour, soda, salt, and stir into banana mix until moistened.
