2 c. pumpkin (11424)
1/2 c. egg beater (114540)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg (2025)
1/2 tsp. ginger (2021)
1/4 tsp. cloves (2011)
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk (1097)
3/4 c. sugar (19335)
1 Pie crust (97820)

Recipe Directions for Amanda

  1. Mix sugar and spices together

  2. Beat eggs in a separate bowl

  3. Mix spices, eggs, sugar mixture together and slowly add ev. milk

  4. Bake at 425 for 15 minutes and then lower temp to 350 and bake for 30-45 minutes. Let cool. Serve!
