From food network (this is an estimate based on Alton Brown's "instant" pancake mix which makes a dry mix large enough for 3 separate batches of pancakes.

Recipe Ingredients for Alton's Pancakes

2 eggs
2 cups buttermilk
4 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups flour

Recipe Directions for Alton's Pancakes

Separate eggs. Melt butter, combine with yolks. Combine egg whites with buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients. Preheat griddle. Combine all ingredients until just moistened and slightly lumpy - DO NOT OVERSTIR (this makes flat, tough pancakes). Ladle onto griddle, flip when edges have hardened and bubbles appear in the middles. Makes 15 to 16 4-inch pancakes.
