Salad Dressing or Dip -- Makes about 1 cup

Recipe Ingredients for Alton Brown's Tuna Dressing

7 ounces tuna
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon capers, with their juice
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Alton Brown's Tuna Dressing

  1. Place all of the ingredients into the bowl of a small food processor and process until creamy, 1 1/2 minutes. Serve as a salad dressing or a dip. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days.

  2. Used 7-ounce pouch of albacore tuna and full fat mayo (90 calories per tbsp).

  3. Note: Recipe analyzer used tuna canned in oil and light mayo. Nutrition facts came out essentially the same.
