Only need 1 Oreo Pie crust. It is in CC as 1/8 crust so needed to add 8 to get the calorie count correct. From Chef Alton Brown. A no-bake, low-calorie chocolate pie. Substitutes tofu for dairy products. I used dark roast coffee in place of coffee liqueur.

Recipe Ingredients for Alton Brown's Dairy-Free Chocolate Pie

13 oz semisweet chocolate chips
2.67 oz Dark Roast Coffee
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 lb silken tofu
1 tbsp honey
8 Oreo Pie crust

Recipe Directions for Alton Brown's Dairy-Free Chocolate Pie

  1. Place enough water in the bottom of a 4-quart saucepan to come 1 inch up the sides. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

  2. Place the chocolate chips and liqueur (or dark roast coffee) in a medium metal mixing bowl, set over the simmering water, and stir with a rubber or silicone spatula until melted. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  3. Combine the tofu, chocolate mixture, and honey in a blender or food processor and spin until smooth (about 1 minute).

  4. Pour the filling into the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the filling sets firm.
