Hummus made with things I would usually have in the cupboard.

Recipe Ingredients for alternative hummus

2 cups white beans
1 tbsp natural peanut butter, unsweetned
3 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 cup water
1 tsp sesame oil

Recipe Directions for alternative hummus

Mash or process beans and garlic clove. Add peanut butter, lemon juice and sesame oil (not necessary if not in the cupboard). Process well. If too thick add water, if not, omit.
