1.87 lb salmon
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 small onion
4 garlic cloves
2 tbsp mayo
1 tsp mustard powder

Recipe Directions for Alternative Baked salmon

  1. chop onion and garlic together, sautee

  2. combine breadcrumbs, may and sauteed onion and garlic together

  3. top salmon with breading mix

  4. cook at 350 degrees for ten minutes, then broil for five minutes so topping becomes crunchy

  5. serve
