Recipe Ingredients for Alternate Quinoa Salad

2 cups quinoa
14 oz. chickpeas
1/2 red pepper
1/2 cup red onion
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. agave syrup
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. flax seed oil
1/2 tsp. curry powder

Recipe Directions for Alternate Quinoa Salad

Cook quinoa (1/2 cup dry turns into about 2 cups cooked). Chop red pepper and onion. Mix all ingredients together.
