Recipe Ingredients for Alternate Homemade Pizza recipe

6 serving classico pizza sauce
1/4 tsp Yeast
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Salt, Table
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
271 grams Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
155 grams, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 1/4 oz Olives, Ripe, Canned (Small-extra Large)
2 1/2 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

Recipe Directions for Alternate Homemade Pizza recipe

  1. yeast, sugar and water at 110 degrees, combine, wait 10 minutes.

  2. Add salt, flour and olive oil, mix in stand mixer until combined.

  3. Put on oiled pizza pan.

  4. Cover with sauce, mushrooms, olives and cheese.

  5. Bake at 450 degrees for 17 minutes. Turn oven off leave pizza in oven for 5 minutes. Take pizza out, let stand for 5 minutes. Cut and serve.
