Recipe Ingredients for Altered Mash

1000 g Turnips
400 g Rutabaga
1100 g Cauliflower
200 g Onions
108 g Potato Flakes
210 g Fat Free Sour Cream
100 g Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
10 g Garlic
32 g Butter Buds

Recipe Directions for Altered Mash

  1. Peel and cube turnips, Rutabagas and Onions

  2. Boil until tender

  3. Slice, wash and dry cauliflower

  4. Microwave cauliflower in covered container until tender

  5. Put garlic and cauliflower in food processor until smooth, put in mixing bowl

  6. Process turnips, rutabagas and onions and add to bowl

  7. Add remaining ingredients save potato flakes to bowl and blend together.

  8. Add potato flakes until you reach desired consistency.
