2 tablespoons fat-free mayonnaise
8 ounce whole grain bread
4 romaine lettuce leaves
1 large ripe tomato, thinly sliced
1 sliced avocado
1/2 cucumber
3.08 ounce Swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for ALT (Avocado Lettuce and Tomato) Sandiwches

  1. Spread mayonnaise on the 8 slices of bread.
