Light juicy shrimp that go well with practically anything refreshing. You can make this for a party, dinner or even lunch. The flavor you will get is unbelieveable...

Recipe Ingredients for Al's Margarita Lime Shrimp

40 shrimp (medium or large size)
3 tbsp tequila
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 oz lime juice (4 limes)
1 tbsp raw sugar or 1/2 packet of splenda
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Al's Margarita Lime Shrimp

  1. In a bowl mix all ingredients well...then add clean shrimp (no shells at all) in bowl. Stir well and marinate for approximately 10 minutes.

  2. Skewer shrimp and place on a hot grill for approximately 5-8 minutes...do not dry them out.

  3. Place them over the top of your favorite salad, couscous, cabbage or avocado...

  4. (Any size shrimp will work with this recipe; if you can get it on a skewer)
