1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
4 tbsp Parsley
4 cups water

Recipe Directions for Alpisa Lentil Soup (Indian)

  1. Boil quinoa, lentils and jalapeno then simmer while dicing and sauteing the rest of the ingredients in oil. Added spices, parsley and other ingredients to soup and simmer for a while.

  2. Actually takes 6-7 cups of water, but plugging 4 into the recipe makes the final mass more accurate for calculating per gram portions.
