Recipe Ingredients for alpine vegetable soup

618 g potatoes
300 g carrots
103 g celery
52 g broccoli
60 g zucchini
218 g onion
1 clove garlic
5 cups vegetable broth
1 tbsp butter

Recipe Directions for alpine vegetable soup

Saute garlic and onion in butter. Add potatoes, carrots, celery and broth. Bring to boil. Simmer 15-20 mins, until potatoes are tender. Add broccoli and zucchini, 1 t. thyme, salt, pepper, parsley and cook for 2-3 minutes.
