0.25 cup Potatoes, Boiled

Recipe Directions for alooh bindi subji

  1. Put 1 teaspoon oil in pan. Heat cumin and black onion seeds until they pop. Add cut potatoes and okra with half teaspoon of salt and cook on low heat covered for 10 minutes. Turn up heat to medium and add ground coriander, ground red pepper, turmeric, and lemon juice.

  2. Serve.
