Recipe Ingredients for Aloo Tikki

1 1/2 pound Potato, Flesh And Skin
3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 pepper jalapeno
1/2 tbsp garlic, paste
1/2 tbsp ginger root, paste
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp hing
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
3 tbsp Chickpea Flour (Besan)

Recipe Directions for Aloo Tikki

I had enough for 18 equal portions, and baked in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, flipping half way.
