Recipe Ingredients for Aloo Palak

1 tbs ginger
3 tsp Ghee Clarified Butter
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium Tomatoes
2 large potatoes
908 grams Spinach
2 tsp Cumin Seed
2 tsp Coriander Seed
1/2 cup Soya Cuisine
2 tsp Exotic Indian Spices
2 tsp Chili Powder
3 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Aloo Palak

Boil potatoes in little water and turmeric. While this boils, saut? cumin seeds in ghee for 1 minutes. Welt onions, then add tomatoes and spices and cook for two minutes. Add chopped spinach and cook until welted. Put mixture in blender and blend until creamy. Put mixture back in pan and add potatoes for 5 minutes. Serve with yogurt.
