Cauliflower, potato, peas & spinach dish

Recipe Ingredients for aloo gobi

5 tbsp Coconut Oil
0.5 tsp Cumin Seed
0.5 tsp Turmeric, Ground
6 tsp Ginger Root
11 cup Cauliflower
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1.5 cup Peas, Green
1 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
2 tsp Salt, Table
1 tsp Chili Powder
10 grams Coriander Powder
2 grams Indian Spices Garam Masala
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
2 cup Spinach

Recipe Directions for aloo gobi

heat oil in pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, turmeric and ginger. When cumin seeds start to pop, add cauliflower, potatoes, onions and salt. Stir and cover. Cook until cauliflower and potatoes get soft, stirring occasionally. Add rest of spices and peas and spinach, reduce heat to low and let cook and another 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander.
