You will need to make the Garam Massalla Gravy recipe first and add when asked for the curry, the extra will store in the fridge for a few days

Recipe Ingredients for Aloo Gobi

2 medium Potatoes
250 g Cauliflower
1/2 Onion, finely chopped
1/2 Onion, in large chunks
100 g Capsicum, diced
2 tbs tomato puree
2 tbs ginger, grated
4 cloves garlic
2 tsp curry powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric
1 tbs barbeque sauce
1 Tomato, quartered
2 tbs chopped coriander
1 spray of Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Aloo Gobi

  1. Boil the potatoes and cauliflower in water with a little salt and turmeric added until cooked

  2. Fry the finely chopped onion until translucent

  3. Add the curry powder, cumin powder, sliced garlic and grated ginger and strir fry for 2 minutes

  4. Add the capsicum, tomato, tomato puree, chunks of onion and barbeque sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes

  5. Add the potatoes and cauliflower, mix in with the Garam Curry

  6. Serve immediately topped with the coriander
