Recipe Ingredients for aloha chicken

2 Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1 tsp Ginger, Ground
1 tsp Paprika
3 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Vinegar, Cider
1 cup Tomato Products
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
5 ounce Pineapple
1 tbsp Sugars, Brown
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain

Recipe Directions for aloha chicken

  1. if possible marinate the chicken in the vinegar mix before baking

  2. Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)

  3. 2 chicken breast

  4. 1/4tsp ground ginger

  5. 1/4tsp paprika

  6. 3/4tsp onion powder

  7. 1 1/2tsp garlic powder

  8. 1tbsp apple cider vinegar

  9. 1/5cup tomato sauce

  10. 1tbsp soy sauce

  11. 5ounce crushed pineapple

  12. 1/2tbsp brown sugar

  13. 2/3cup brown rice

  14. Directions

  15. 1.preheat oven to 400

  16. 2.arrange chicken in greased dish

  17. 3.mix ginger, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder in a bowl

  18. 4.add vinegar and mix well

  19. 5.divide mixture and brush half over chicken

  20. 6.bake for 10 min

  21. 7.turn chicken pieces and baste with remaining half of mixture and bake for 10 more min

  22. 8.in another bowl mix ketchup soy sauce, pineapple and brown sugar

  23. 9.spoon over chicken and bake for another 15 min.
