Recipe Ingredients for Aloha Chicken w/o Rice

12 oz chicken breasts
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/5 cup tomato sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
5 oz pineapple
1/2 tbsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Aloha Chicken w/o Rice

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

  2. Place chickn in a greased dish

  3. Mix the ginger, paprika, onion powder, gralic powder and vinegar in a bowl.

  4. Divide the mixture in half and baste the chicken with the first half.

  5. Bake 10 minutes

  6. Turn the chicken pieces and baste with the other half of the mixture.

  7. Bake 10 minutes

  8. Mix the tomato sauce, soy sauce, pineapple and brown sugar together.

  9. Spoon over the chicken and bake an additional 15 minutes.

  10. Serve
