Recipe Ingredients for Almost Ratatouille

13 1/4 oz whole wheat spaghetti
2 zucchini, chopped
2 yellow squash, chopped
2 onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
52 oz tomato sauce
2 cups parmesan cheese
2 cups fresh parsley

Recipe Directions for Almost Ratatouille

  1. Cook spaghetti according to directions on package.

  2. Sauté the onion, zucchini, yellow squash and garlic until all vegetables are soft.

  3. Add tomato sauce and simmer until heated through.

  4. To serve, scoop a generous portion of pasta sauce over a bed of spaghetti. Sprinkle on top fresh grated parmesan cheese and fresh chopped parsley.
