Recipe Ingredients for Almost Homemade Pizza

14 1/2 oz or 1 can diced tomatoes, basil and garlic
8 oz part skim mozzarella cheese
13 4/5 oz or 1 pkg refrigerated pizza dough

Recipe Directions for Almost Homemade Pizza

  1. open and place pizza dough on a cooking sprayed 14x16 pan

  2. drain tomatoes and chop to a fine consistency, then smooth out onto dough

  3. chop cheese into 1/4 inch cubes or shred and place evenly on tomatoes and crust.

  4. bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees, or until crust is brown and cheese is fully melted.
