Very good low calories salad for those who love mayonnaise.

Recipe Ingredients for The Almost Green Salad

300 g peas (frozen)
300 g green beans (frozen)
2 tbs olive oil
3 tbs Mayonnaise, Light
8 g fresh dill weed
200 g yoghurt, 3.5% fat
1 salt, pepper to taste
30 g leek
50 g chicken breast, meet only, boiled
50 g lemon juice

Recipe Directions for The Almost Green Salad

  1. Preheat two tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan. Add the peas and the green beans for two minutes.

  2. Make a salad dressing from mayonnaise (I use Hellmann's), yoghurt, lemon juice, dill weed, salt and pepper.

  3. Add the chicken breast, the peas and the green beans. Stir gently.

  4. Leave it in the fridge for at least one hour. Serve it cold, decorated with leek.
