True Greek salads "float" the vegetable in olive oil. Use kalamata, or Italian Olives, not those weird pitted things that come in cans. Sub white balsamic for balsamic for a different flavour.

5 small tomatoes
1/2 English cucumber
1/2 bell pepper
1/2 sweet onion
32 grams feta cheese
4 tbsp basil
4 black olives
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp black pepper
