Recipe Ingredients for Almost Fried Chicken

10 oz chicken breast, boneless skinless
1/3 cup Fiber One
2 T Egg substitute

Recipe Directions for Almost Fried Chicken

  1. Cut chicken into finger-sized strips.

  2. Crush cereal into fine crumbs.

  3. Dip chicken in egg substitute then roll in cereal crumbs.

  4. Spray a large skillet with Pam and fry on both sides until chicken is cooked.
