6 oz Plain Nonfat
15.5 oz Chick Peas
1/2 cup Red Roasted Peppers
1/4 tsp Garlic
0.5 oz 100% Lemon Juice
0.5 tsp Pepper, Red Or Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Almost Fat Free Yogurt Hummus!

Combine ingredients in blander.. Blend until smooth. Use as a Dip with Celery, Carrot Sticks, etc. or use as a spread on pita triangles.
