Recipe Ingredients for Almost Fat Free Banana Bread

3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 large egg
2 bananas, mashed
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup fat free yogurt

Recipe Directions for Almost Fat Free Banana Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients and wet separately. Combine and mix until just blended. Pour into lightly greased loaf pan. Cook at 350 for 45ish mins.
