Recipe Ingredients for Almost Egg White Omelet

167 grams Egg White
17 grams Egg, Yolk
60 grams cooked vidalia onion
51 grams cooked yellow Peppers,
1/2 pinch kosher salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
1 crushed red pepper seeds
30 grams Premium Ham
2 serving Velveeta Slice
46 grams grape tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Almost Egg White Omelet

Saute onions and peppers in a non-stick pan sprayed with Crisco Professional spray until soft. Remove from pan and add well beaten egg whites and egg yolk. Wipe out pan and spray with Crisco again. Let pan heat and add egg mixture. Cook until set. Add salt, pepper, onions, ham and tomatoes.and cheese. Fold over and let cheese melt and other ingredients heat. Slide onto plate and enjoy.
